Golf Club – Watersound, Florida

The total project designed for a large resort and real estate development company in Northwest Florida included the design of a Clubhouse, Maintenance Facility, Cart Barn, Bag Storage Building and a Golf Shop. The project was designed in a New England Shingle Style and the site was laid out with multiple small structures to resemble a New England village. Construction was completed for all but the Clubhouse for the 18-hole Fazio-designed course.
