If you'd prefer to begin with an on-site visit, we're glad to offer a professional assessment of your property's conditions, constraints, and potential. This is a chance to discuss your goals, evaluate opportunities, and help you make informed decisions about next steps.
A modest fee applies, based on your location. If we move forward with a full-service contract shortly thereafter, this fee will be credited toward your retainer.
