Adrian Apartments Leasing Center and Amenity Renovation

With just a few design changes, this apartment leasing center and amenity space went through a radical transformation. Under-utilized areas were removed and replaced with contemporary amenity features. An updated, freshly painted clubhouse facade looks out onto the pool where bright yellow cabanas and lounge chairs bring a resort-style feel to the residents’ backyard.
